The Washington, DC Metro Area has a thriving women’s parkour community thanks to the concerted efforts of a few volunteers. Christie, Rosy, and Carrie have been running meetups and jams continuously for at least the past 7 years. The most recent event had a fantastic turnout.

We are thrilled to have met so many women embracing challenges and exploring movement and expression.
