APK WOD 4-10-15
This workout is a circuit of parkour-based strength-training exercises. These moves will directly improve your parkour skills.
First, practice Wall Dips for Climb-Ups
Practice the Tuck Jump for Landings.
Practice the Broad Jump for Big Precisions
And practice the Rail Squat to stick those Precisions
You can scale any of these exercises to you level; for example, doing rail squats balanced on a 2×4.
For the workout, do 3 Rounds of:
- 6 Dips
- 7 Tuck Jump/ Landings
- 8 Broad Jumps
- 9 Rail (or balance) Squats
Do these exercises for quality, not for time.
