APK WOD 4-1-14

Start with an APK Warm-Up

Burpee Breathing Ladder

Do 1 burpee, Take 1 deep breath. Do 2 burpees, Take 2 deep breaths. Continue up to 10 and back down to 1.

You can breathe as much as you need during the burpees. This exercise is meant to improve your ability to hold off panic-breathing response and prevent hyperventilation in strenuous exercise.

Finish up with a stretch.
