Next, try push-ups, then walking on the rail on all fours/ Try different variations, if you can do Inch Worm (http://youtu.be/Qxxw5zEHM3c) on a rail then prove it to us with a video!
Spend 30 minutes working on various rail QM.
Finish up with a stretch.
