Start with an APK Warm-Up

General Conditioning Circuit

15 Minutes for as many rounds as possible:

Broad-Jump Burpee x 10

Tuck-Jumps x 8

Plyo or clapping Push-ups x10

Sit-Ups x 10

Finish up with a stretch
