We use a set of (usually 6) precision trainers set up in a row, but you could use anything, even chalk lines on the ground. The first person in line makes up a sequence consisting of 1’s, 2’s, and optionally 0’s. A “1” is a stride, a “2” is a plyo, and a “0” is a skip. To add challenge, you can designate Right or Left foot which can then involve switch-steps. After the line goes through, the next person comes up with their own sequence.
