Start with an APK Warm-Up

One-Leg Squat Ladder

Find a type of one leg squat you can do at least 8 of (pistol, assisted pistol with a wall or doorknob, skater squat, split squat..).

Do 1 at the top of the first minute, 2 at the top of the second, 3 at the top of the third and so on. Continue until unable to complete all reps within the minute.

Finish up with a stretch
