APK WOD 3-7-14

Start with an APK Warm-Up

Conditioning Circuit

Perform the follwing, resting as needed:

50 Pull-ups (kipping, jumping, strict, whatever allows full range of motion)

50 Box Jumps (find a challenging height, mid-thigh is a good starting point)

2 Minutes of Handstand Hold (use of a wall or spotter is permitted, if not possible, try to achieve the highest decline)

50 Pistols (25 each leg)

Finish up with a stretch.
