Challenge: Pull Ups

150 Pull-Ups for time. Scale as needed (Kipping, Jumping, Inverted Rows)

DO THEM FULL RANGE OF MOTION!!!! Don’t cheat yourself. Scale down as needed during the workout.

Finish up with a stretch.
