Strength. Dips.

The Dip is a fundamental exercise is developing pushing strength. Moreover, the dip motion is important in climbing, wall passes, and vaulting. To build strength in the dip you can use parallel bars, rings, or a wall. Find a variation that feels difficult to do 8, then do 5 sets of 5 reps.
