Recovery Day

Exercise is only half of the equation when it comes to making gains in strength and skill. Recovery is equally important, if not more so.

Check out our Recommended Gear Guide¬†for a great article on SMR and other resources. Get yourself a foam roller, a lacrosse ball, or use a can or bottle to roll out your soft tissue. If you haven’t done this before, it will probably hurt. If you stay on top of this daily, you’ll feel great and be less prone to injury!
