Start with an APK Warm-Up

Tabata Push-Ups and SIt-Ups

For each of 8 rounds, perform as many push-ups as possible in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 4 minutes. Your score will be the lowest total push-ups of any one round.

Rest 2:00

Then, For each of 8 rounds, perform as many sit-ups as possible in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 4 minutes. Your score will be the lowest total sit-ups of any one round.

Finish up with a stretch
