APK Academy Cancellation Policies

Monthly Recurring Memberships

Monthly memberships are billed in the full amount on the first day of each month. If you’d like to modify or cancel your membership, please let us know no later than 1 week prior to the next billing date. Less than a full week’s notice will result in the next billing cycle being charged to your account; this is non-refundable, so make sure you let us know early!

Camps

As of 6/27/19 cancellations made 4 weeks in advance are eligible for a full refund, any cancellations made within 4 weeks can be redeemed as credit towards non-reserved class times (drop-in classes). Reservations made before 6/27/19 are subject to the previous policy of 2 weeks.

Courses

No refunds will be offered for courses including Parkour Foundations and After School Parkour Programs. Foundations courses can be rescheduled due to extenuating circumstances and the sole discretion of APK Academy.

Drop-Ins

No refunds will be offered for Drop-In classes, however account credit can be applied due to extenuating circumstances at the sole discretion of APK Academy.

Personal Training

No refunds will be offered for Personal Training session cancelled less than 48 hours in advance and no refunds will be offered for no-shows.
