Introduction We very often neglect flexibility in our training, because the quests for strength and speed require so much of our attention. However, stretching and flexibility training have their place in parkour.
Alissa is a public school teacher, ballet dancer, yoga enthusiast, traceuse, and parkour coach in Madison, WI. She is on faculty at School of Madison Ballet, is a National Board Certified French teacher and Kohl Teaching Fellow, an ADAPT-qualified parkour coach, and director of Wisconsin Parkour. She has been healing her body, mind, and spirit through parkour since 2007, and finds great joy in bringing that healing to others.
