Hello my name is Stephen. I have done martial arts off and on for years. The last one I done was capoeira for 4 years and got to a green cord. We would train mostly on concrete in any weather condition in the park and sometimes in a big gym in richmond, so I know I can learn parkour and not be a waste of someone’s time and its something I always wanted to do and learn. If there is any trainer out there that can help get me some training, that would be very appreciated.
