High-Low-Middle Callout

In a vaulting rail set-up, one person moves continuously for a set period of times, while the person behind them in line calls out High, Middle, or Low. While Low is active, they travel under all the bars using rolls, ducking, and underbars. While Middle is active they vault over the bars. While High is active, they stay feet on top of the bars. This game is great for developing reaction and improvisation skills and because it’s self-driven, most experience and skill levels can participate.
