Start with an APK Warm-Up

Parkour Conditioning

4 Rounds as fast as possible:

  • 20 steps Backwards QM
  • 15 Box Jumps
  • 10 Wall Dips (Substitute Bench Dips if necessary)

Finish up with a stretch
