Milk Man Jam 4 – DC Metro Parkour

June 13 - June 14

Milk Man Jam 4 is back — come hang out and train in the DC Metro Area! Hosted by @themilkmanjam, this is the 4th edition of a beloved community jam tradition bringing parkour and freerunning athletes together across Northern Virginia and the DMV.

The jam spans two days with outdoor training spots plus an overnight gym session at MindShift Gym in Reston, VA — one of the DC area’s premier parkour and movement facilities (formerly Urban Evolution, operating since 2010).

Saturday, June 13th
