WOD 12-12-13: Core Strength and 5s Conditioning.

Start with the APK Warm-Up, #2

Core Conditioning

Alternate between holding an L-Sit and a Front Plank for 25 seconds at the top of each minute for 12 minutes.

Then perform 5 rounds:

  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Tuck Jumps
  • 5 Pull-Ups
  • 5 Squats

Conclude with a stretch.
