Start with an APK Warm-Up
Hill Sprints
4 x 50m hill sprints. Choose the steepest hill available and sprint at 100% effort, then walk down for rest. Sub 100m sprints w/ :45 rest if you don’t have access to a hill.
Rest 5:00
7:00 for rounds of the following:
5 Burpees
10 Sit-Ups
15 Squats
Finish up with a stretch
