Challenge: Climbing

Start with an APK Warm-Up

Today, find a way to work on your climbing ability. This could be climbing trees, walls, bars and scaffolding, ropes, rings, rocks, statues, large people, anything.

The goal should be 40 minutes sustained climbing work, with rest taken when needed.
