Strength-Conditioning Circuit

Start with an APK Warm-Up

3 rounds, 21-15 and 9 reps each of

L-Pullups

Handstand Pushups Or Assisted Variation

(This round scheme means you do a round of 21 pullups and 21 HSPUs, then a round of 15 of each, then a round of 9 each.)

Finish up with a stretch
