Conditioning Ladder

Start with an APK Warm-Up

Ladder 1-8-1 (Perform 1 repetition the first round, 2 the second, all the way to 8, then back down to 1):

Box Jump (Knee to Mid-thigh height)

Push-Up

Russian Twist (1 to each side is 1 rep)

Finish up with a stretch
