Start with an APK Warm-Up

Challenge Yourself.

Being on the parkour scene for the last 8 or so years, I’ve seen a lot of changes. One of the most experienced and dedicated guys in parkour, Blane, has a great article on those changes.

These workouts are for those who still believe in parkour as a physical discipline, a method to better one’s self.

Begin with the APK Warm-Up

Find a difficult challenge. Do whatever you are inspired to do; make sure there’s a point at which you want to quit but you don’t.

A long run. A hundred repetitions of a precision jump. Hold cat-hang for 10 minutes cumulative time. Those are just a couple of examples, something that is difficut for someone may be easy for someone else, so challenge yourself to your level.

Finish up with a stretch.
