Start with an APK Warm-Up

The Front Lever

The Front Lever is one of the hardest and most impressive core strength skills out there! Check out the training video and do some work:

Do 8 seconds of front lever hold at the top of the minute for 10 minutes. Then, finish off with 2 sets of 30 burpees for time, resting 2 minutes between sets.

Finish up with a stretch
