Start with an APK Warm-Up

Shoulder Mobility and Sprints

First, hit some shoulder mobility with some band dislocates. Be sure to pick up a band training kit if you don’t have one already, they’re a versatile and useful way to add strength and mobility!

Then, do 10 50-meter sprints with 60 seconds of rest between runs.

Finish up with a stretch
