Core and 5s Conditioning

Alternate between holding an L-Sit and a Front Plank for 25 seconds at the top of each minute for 12 minutes.
Then perform:
5 rounds:
5 Burpees
5 Tuck Jumps
5 Pull-Ups
5 Squats
