Start with an APK Warm-Up

Strength Training- Weighted Lunges

This is a low-rep, heavy-weight strength training exercise.

Start with 3 warm-up sets with lighter weight, progressively getting a bit heavier.

Then, do 8 steps of walking lunges with a challenging weight. Improvise weights with sandbags, heavy books, large rocks, stumps, etc.

Repeat 4 times with 1 minute rest between sets.

Finish up with a stretch
