Start with an APK Warm-Up

Jump Power Training

Make sure to warm-up thoroughly!

Box Jumps x3

Broad Jump x1

Perform three high-effort box jumps (finding a near max-effort height) then immediately perform a max-effort broad jump. Rest :30-:45 and repeat x 10

Finish up with a stretch
