Inspiring movement teacher Ido Portal shows us a hip mobility routine that will help you work towards developing good landing mechanics as well as make movements like the kong and top-out easier.

Follow up by practicing 50 Landings. You can jump from height (no more that 4 feet for this many reps) or just off the ground.

There’s very little more important in a parkour practitioner’s arsenal than a rock solid landing.
