A new APK affiliate gym opened up in October and it’s been going strong since. It’s even been featured on MidWeek Magazine, “Hawaii’s favorite magazine.”

I’ve seen too many strong athletes held back by mobility issues, and I’ve found the number one reason stretching isn’t a more integral part of a lot of parkour athlete’s routine is because a fully comprehensive routine is too complex. While a complete, exhaustive routine is ideal, if it doesn’t get done, it’s useless.

A new APK Affiliate Gym is hosting its grand opening today, all day, until 5PM. If you’re a local to Coconut Creek, Florida (about 30min north of Miami), you should head on over to their new location for food trucks and free classes.
