Technique- Wallrun

The Wallrun (also Wall- climb, pass, scale) is a fundamental parkour technique that is requires a measured and coordinated expression of power. This is easily quantified by how high you’re able to reach on a given wall.

Start by working on the technique with just a couple of steps of approach momentum. Practice correct foot placement and keep your step light and soft on the wall. Practice at least 15 times.

Next, try to get as high as possible. Do 20 reps, with plenty of rest between attempts, think of this as a sprint.

Finish up with a stretch.
