Start with an APK Warm-Up

Split Squats and Handstands

4  supersets (perform the first exercise, then the second, then rest) Rest for 1:30 between super sets.

Explosive Split Squat x 5 each leg

Max Time Handstand Hold (Most people will use the wall assisted version of this exercise, choose a variation that allows you to hold it for more than 20 seconds.)

Finish up with a stretch
