Having a few simple tools on hand to train with is essential to get the most out of your training. This one is easy, find something that slides well across a surface. You can get furniture sliders, or you can put socks on your hands, use carpet squares, or anything you can think of.

Do 3 sets of 10 push-up/ roll- (slide-) outs.

Finish up with some parkour training.
