Running Conditioning

These runs are timed rather than measured in distance, so pace accordingly. The exercises can/ should be broken into sets to not reach failure at any time.

Run 10 minutes

50 Push-Ups

Run 10 minutes

30 Pull-Ups

Run 10 minutes

75 Squats

Finish with a long stretch, especially shins/ankles, hamstrings, and quads.
