Challenge: Pull Ups

150 Pull-Ups for time. Scale as needed (Kipping, Jumping, Inverted Rows)

DO THEM FULL RANGE OF MOTION!!!! Don’t cheat yourself. Scale down as needed during the workout.

The last time we did this was 3-11-14, check your training log to see how you improved!

Finish up with a stretch.
