Running is my least favorite exercise. However, it’s important to have the ability to run medium and longer distances. If you hate running, do this workout. Don’t make excuses, just challenge yourself.

Run 1 Mile

Rest 5:00

Run 1/2 Mile

Rest 5:00

Run 1/4 Mile

Rest 8:00

Run 1 Mile

Finish up with a stretch
