Start with an APK Warm-Up

Shoulder Mobility and Climbing

First, hit some shoulder mobility with some band dislocates. Be sure to pick up a band training kit if you don’t have one already, they’re a versatile and useful way to add strength and mobility!

Then, do 30 minutes of climbing work. This could mean going to a a climbing gym, finding a stone wall, a good tree, anything! Explore and discover, that’s a big part of parkour.

Finish up with a stretch
