Every so often, we remind you to keep up with your mobility training. While today’s WOD is focused on your flexibility, you should be incorporating stretching into your daily routine.

A classic article in the APK archives on stretching was recently updated with some great info and media!

Check out the article on stretching for parkour and then work on setting mobility goals. Focus on one particularly tight area of your body, or go through all of them. Incorporate theses concepts and exercises into a regular routine, choosing some attainable goals for your flexibility.
