In terms of people flying in, I was wondering when others are flying in and flying out. I'm looking at flights now and thought I could pick a flight that lines up with others to make pick up easier.

I'm moving to the Warwick area from SC at the end of may and was wondering how active the Providence area is. I've trained for about 4 years and would love to met some new people to train with in the area. Let me know, my name is Andrew and I can be reached at 864-980-2742 (for the time being).

I'll probably be coming up to clemson this weekend to train and some guys I know from Athens, GA may come up to train Sunday.
Also, in case you guys don't know yet check out and the facebook group South carolina Parkour

hey guys, I'll be moving to the Groton / New London area sometime in the near future and was wondering what the parkour scene is like in CT. I'm from SC were I've trained for close to 4 years and have been an active member of Overflux Southeast Parkour. Also, I lived a year in Houston, TX where I trained with Houston Parkour and TXPK.

I've done wall flips and not so great fronts outside and back and side flip stuff in the gym. I unfortunately haven't been able to go to a gym and train them much or even recently so I'd imagine I'd have to start other again.

This was posted awhile back on the main video board since I made it this past summer, but I thought I'd post it here. One of the most common things other traceurs say to me is that I'm not built like most traceurs and that they're surprised by my movement based on my size since I'm fairly short but heavy and bulky. Let me know what you think.

maybe this has been asked already but why not a shirt with the graphic from the Gorilla PK banner?

So by big what exactly do we mean? I'm 5'8" 200 lbs and mainly big due to weightlifting. I've been training for about 3.5 years and despite my bulky size I think I've progressed quite well.

SC Jams / Overflux Athens, GA Jam

Just to let everyone know, Overflux is planning a jam in Athens, GA for the weekend of October 30 - November 1. There is usually a good attendance of both experienced and beginner traceurs at Overflux Jams. Also, Athens and the Athens crew are awesome. I highly recommend you come out for this jam if you can. I plan on training in Clemson this weekend (9/5 & 9/6) possibly on Saturday before the Clemson football game (could be difficult b/c of people tailgating on campus), but if not then definitely Sunday. If you're interested, let me know and I'll tell you when and where to meet.

Also, if I can hammer down a regular training schedule for myself this semester I'll post it here.

That video is more than two years old, back from when I was still mostly a beginner. I haven't been on a roof since and I don't need to. There are more than enough things to train on the ground (including walls that don't actaully go up to a roof) and going on roofs WILL likely lead to parkour being banned on campus, thus it is in no way worth it.
