ight well i just figured i would start a whole new official "TULSA JAM" topic so we can all start posting our ideas on when we think it should be, where to meet, where to go, who all is going? who can car pool w who cuz he doesnt have enough money for gas...? etc. etc.  idk  all that good stuff. sooooo go  :D

HEY! everyone :D :D... i no there is allot of new people on the ok forums these days :o, so im Cody G. (green) for those who dont no ::), im one of the few original guys that started okpk, and chris is my brother ;). ive lived in edmond all my life pretty much :( and for the past year i have been training at a good spot that me and my bro discovered called hafer park. so usually when i need some light training and dont want to drive all the way to OKC, which is every day almost ;D, i hit up the park in edmond, and its kinda the only place in the area to train :-\.... however due to the weather >:(, school :'(, and the sand in my vag..  :-X :-[??? i havent been going to train there lately :'(. but things are starting to get better :D, we are getting some warmer days and whatnot :P, so im going to start training/conditioning there daily again 8). i have a pretty short window to get good parkour in on the week days due to school >:(, work :( and martial arts ;D, but for about a 1-2 hour period during the week days i will train in the park, starting around 2:10. so.... having said that.....  EVERYONE AND ANYONE IS INVITED :-*, YOU JUST NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU CALL ME OR PREFERABLY TEXT ME CUZ ILL PROBABLY BE IN SCHOOL, TO LET ME KNOW IF YOU WANT TO TRAIN. my cell # is (405)476-4581 :)

hey guys! this is kind of a late notice but from now on im going to be holding training days at hafer park in edmond at 230 every monday because thats the only day i dont work besides friday....  anyone and everyone is most def. welcome to come ;) so if u dont know where it is, its on bryant rd. in between 15th and 33rd and 9th street. and if u still cant find it or have questions or something you can call me at 405-476-4581. be there or be square.

Really Great jams / monday and wednesday training

most mondays and wednesdays we meat in front of the harkins theatre at 3:45. this is not set in stone, so call me at 405-306-6532 if you are going i will be down there almost every time to lead the training and help with techniques.  btw my name is chris and i like girls my age, not you... unless you are a girl my age ;D jk   maby

day one of log: today city training 1) ran about 2 miles
2) 10 muscle ups
3) 5 kong to precisions, 2 kong-kats
4) 5 8ft. rail precisions
5) 5 6-9ft. cat grabs
 indoor workout
1) 8 handstand presses, 2x10 handstand pushups
2) 4sets x 30 pushups
3) 2x20 dips
4) 2x40 calf raises(body weight), 2x40 shin raises w bodywieght
5) 2 sets of wall sits for 2 min.

 hey guys this is cody aka pkmonkey and you may not of heard of me because i just regestered. i am a member of the kaga clan whitch has resently been renamed mcpk clan. i was at the jam in bricktown and i will also be at the jam in in okc on monday so everyone who is anyone better be there or i will also be quite upset.
