I understand this certification idea. And granted i think it is a good idea. Its just i fear that it will breed competition. And freerunning/parkour in my opinion isn't a competition. It is a mindset, a way of life. If people compete then i believe it will take away from the whole teaching eachother bit. I could be wrong but that is my opinion.

Skynative, Hmmm.... i have never tried that technique before. sounds interesting. i'll try it tonight. thanks for the help. My technique works, but i would like to get more height. thanks for the help man.

Listen up guys, this is our new forum. please feel free to post anything you want, relevant or not to freerunning. For organizing a jam other than our practices just put the time, place, and any other details for meeting.   That way everyone will know ahead of time.

hey guys, i've been dissecting this move for awhile. here is what i do:

run at the wall and push of both up and backwards (yes 45 degrees).
Next try and kick your back leg up over your head while hiking your ass up as high as you can get it. (this helps a lot)
While doing this throw down to your legs...dont bring you legs into your chest, but try and bring your chest into your legs. if you bring your legs into your chest this will counter your forward rotation. stay tucked, and when you want to come out to land....dont, wait a split second longer then come out of your tuck.  and boom you are done. dont get discouraged, this is one of those moves that you get after doing them for a day or two...then next time you try and do it, you can't, then you get them again...and then next time you....well you get the idea. its inconsistent.
