My knees usually before and after i do a jam have bubbles in them, and REALLY hurt after, so what should i do? well ive tried static stretches but as the guy b4 me said, they suck before training.

I think for me its between squirrels, (i live out in the country, lotsa trees) or monkeys considering they basically inspired most people to do parkour.

I had the same problem, just stop, then jump a little closer to the rail and really push up to gain maximum air, this is also how you start the kash vault.

im 14 years old. Ive done parkour for 6 months. Ive been to 4 gymnastics classes only teaching strength. The rest? on my own. if you want a good video to watch, look up Storm Freerunning Volume 1 on YouTube. If not, ask me anything you need. but one thing you need to acquire is La Maladie Du Traceur, The Traceur Disease, or the parkour vision.

right right, the name doesnt matter, BUT you can crane jump onto a rail, its easy, ive done it. no sweat, but just keep on keepin on my  man. Dont be afraid to set your own path, discover your own capabilities, create your own style, good luck broha.

Kong roll, its almost like a kash vault, only the second half isn't a dash vault, it's a roll. So i think thats a good name. Kong Roll. legit.
