Okay so spent and hour n half at the gym mainly upper body and treadmill, did 1.45 miles in less than 14 mins if i remember right, and then proceeded to walk about four blocks for no reason at all lol, attempted a couple of jumps and balanced runs ended with my loosing a fight with a briar bush, needless to say learned a new lesson in parkour "watch were your going"
