My main success? It would probably have to be one of the best photos I've taken of a wallflip (see avatar.)

Nice stuff! just joined. Good job on getting this up. Ummm... maybe you could put up some cities where other people can find local traceurs. Ex: Omaha, Blair, Lincoln, Yutan(in a few months Wayne), McCook, etc.

This is a link for a constitution to start a parkour club at a college campus. Copy and paste, change as needed! Good Luck!  ;)

Parkour And Freerunning / Re: Largest thing you have vaulted?
« on: March 23, 2009, 04:34:30 PM »
The largest thing I've vaulted would probably have to be a hay bail. 6 ft. high, 5 ft. long, 3 ft. wide. (I'm 5 ft. 5 in.) Types of vaults I've done over it: double kong and kash vault.

Parkour And Freerunning / Parkour Scholarships
« on: March 20, 2009, 05:46:56 PM »
Does anyone know of any scholarships for high school seniors that have any traces of a parkour feel to them. I've looked and so far I've only found one. (How to escape from a emergency situation.)  :-\

Sure, I'll talk to you sometime! I'm on of Nebraska's more experienced traceurs Were do you live at? If you live in/near East Omaha the best person to talk to is Zach Rockwell, he basically "The Beast of O East" lol.
If you live in/near Saunders County, I'll give you a few pointers.
It's good to know that you've been conditioning so well, keep it up. For a very good exercise look up the daily Workout Of the Day on American Parkour's homepage.
As for move, the very first one you should learn is how to roll properly --> http://www.americanparkour.com/content/view/264/377/
Also avoid rooftops, all "giant" gap jumps, and don't jump off anything higher than three feet. you'll end up regretting it. -_-;

Anyway... Welcome to the community!  ;D

high school students make a creative, educational video up to two minutes long about energy efficiency or environmental awareness and if you upload the video onto aimgreenomaha.com before March 27th you could win $500! My parkour team in Yutan has already submitted a video as apart of the Leave No Trace Initiative. Go to http://www.aimgreenomaha.com for more information.   ;D

P.S. thanks to Zachary Cohn (I quoted you in the video  ;) )

that L-sit to handstand was awesome. Also, even though it was short, it was better than most 2-3 minute vids I've seen  ;D
