Well, there aren't any formal classes, yet. Of that I am sure. Where do you train at? Depending on that, any one of the Omaha traceurs  could train you. How far away are you from Premier Gymnastics?

These severed scars keep me jailed like iron bars.
They stop me from completing my goal.
But, with parkour I soar, fear no more.
With flow driving my soul.

Parkour And Freerunning / Re: Whats your Parkour Name?
« on: April 12, 2010, 12:43:40 PM »
My real name is Josh (duh), but my PK nickname is "Deer." The town that I am originally from  (Yutan, NE) was built next to an area owned by the Oto tribe. One of my last girlfriends was apart of this tribe. I went to a powwow with her, and it was there that I was told that my guardian animal spirit was a whitetail deer. The rest is history.

Parkour And Freerunning / Re: I have a really bad cold but I want to train

Is it just the common cold, or is it the flu? If it is the flu stay in bed and drink fluids! But, if it is just a cold, find ways to train inside. You can still exercise with a cold.

... Even though it's a blizzard outside you are still training in your backyard.

I live/ train/ go to college in Wayne, NE. I rarely come home to the West outskirts of Omaha.
So, It'd have to be a Friday or Saturday for me. If it's in Omaha

I wouldn't really call it a scar, but I can't support as much weight on my left arm than I can on my right due to an injury from a bailed reverse vault.

my favorite movement would have to be the cat balance. For vaults I would either have to say the kash or diving kong.

Parkour And Freerunning / Re: How Do You Train?

I stretch every morning and after classes (when I go for my run; 5K) I always include some certain techniques while running to my different classes across campus. I do a lot of QM in between as well.

...When no one gives you weird looks anymore at the campus library. They're just like "Oh, it's you again."  :-Sarcasm

Lazy or kash. It's hard to decide between the two.

So, sorry to hear of your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Those we lose.
Don't go away.
They are with us.
Every day.
Still around, still near.
Always missed,
and very, very, dear.

It was pretty good. Though, I'd stay away from the 360's, and you might want to get that rail stabilized a bit better. Your vaults were pretty decent, but I'd continue working on them. How long have you been training?

ykyatw when your wardrobe went from all jeans to almost no jeans, and the only ones you have left have rips all over from not being able to go in the direction needed

...This makes you chuckle, both at the redundancy and because of your own pants situation.
