Pics & Vids / A creation on a snowy day
« on: February 09, 2011, 03:05:29 PM »
It's cold outside, around -2 degrees with windchill... so I thought I'd go train  :)

This is just a short video that contains a little of what I did pretty close to my house. Nothing big just some vaults.

What's wrong with wheat bread?
I believe any products like bread will spike insulin levels in your blood, but there's probably more to that than what I just said, it's something you want to heavily limit or cut out all together. There are many other options that are better than bread.

Alright, I can tell this is getting a little heated so just don't turn this into a fight over the forums.

Are you serious? Are you guys really encouraging this guy to trespass and break the law? Did you know breaking into an office building can be a FEDERAL OFFENSE? This thread needs to be deleted for the sake of new members looking at it.

Nah, I couldn't make it to the National Jam because I don't have a truck to drive there yet. There's a slim chance I'll be at the Yamakasi Workshop. Grayson is my actual name.

Thanks Shay! It was really tough to do palm spins on my bed just because its really old and sags.

And the handstands come from about a year with banged up knees, I did presses today but I just didn't have it in the video.

It's 0 degrees in Texas right now so I decided to film a little bit of what I did today and make a video. It's my first video I've ever made and I was operating in cramped quarters so yeah  ;)

Its simple, you're at a plateau. Everyone gets them, just keep training and challenge yourself to something new. Go find some cool videos, go for a new move or trick, make a new video, go to a jam, something that will refresh your training.

Keep training man!

Jump London is good, Jump Britain isn't.
I beg to differ  ;) Probably because I saw Jump Britain first though.

My peanut butter and jelly sandwich craving solution.

2-4 tsp. of all natural peanut butter
1 slice of whole grain bread.

Smear the peanutbutter on the bread, stick the berries in the peanutbutter.

Quick and easy snack and even though it has one slice of bread, it takes away the jelly and replaces it with something natural.

If possible, grab some basil and rosemary plants. You can do wonders with plain chicken with those plants.
