Diet / Re: Can't Seem To Resist

I had the same problem. I started drinking protien shakes before soccer/weight lifting after school and the cravings dimmed down.
When I exercise I'm not as hungry.
But like ryan said: water. Drink a bunch to fill yourself up.
If taste is your problem, there are plenty of healthy and tasty things to eat. try looking here: http://www.americanparkour.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,159/topic,4361.0/

Jelly- Polaner. Great tasting, and all natural. I got some at walmart.  Also smuckers makes some great tasting natural peanut butter. just peanuts and a little salt but it tastes the same.

HFCS in a nutshell:
Sugar and HFCS are nutritionally the same. But! not chemically the same.
When your body processes suger, it turns into ATP which is quick access energy for your cells to use. HFCS isn't natural, but made of chemicals so your body dosn't know how to process it. So instead of getting energy, your body processes the HFCS directly into fat.
Another downside, Your body dosen't direclty recognize HFCS as a food so when you eat products with HFCS, your still hungry. Thats why you can drink half a gallon of soda in one sitting.

Grilled Chicken Breast

1. Fillet breasts and poke with fork, (too cook faster, more fully, and help flavor mix in)
2. Marinate in Italian Dressing for 45 mins.
3. Place on grill on Medium and sprinkle Greek Seasoning on both sides.
4. Continue too cook until inside do not have any pink

-I find that if the grill is on too high, it flash fries the chicken and it make it really dry.

Movement / Re: Frontflip to roll help
« on: January 20, 2009, 02:25:48 PM »
First off, I'd advise you not to attempt this move until you've mastered the front flip and the roll. Especially if you want to try a seven foot drop with a flip. For flips, you should practice on a trampoline or into a pool. That way you can learn to manipulate your body how you want to into the air without the worry of hurting yourself too bad.
There is sort of a technique used to straighten yourself out in the air (try looking in the tricking threads).
I'd suggest watching Dogens videos about center of gravity.

Like zachary said, go slowly. One of the biggest mistakes new traceurs make is advancing too fast.
Just focus on lower body exercises until you're completely healed.
