I'v been landing and bending my knees past 90 degress for years... guess I need to go back to the drawling board. :-\

For real, i started parkour straight with just my acctive body, not to much gym going, and i been doing 10 15 foot drops. oops. no wonder i had soar days.

I love it and i mastered it at about the highest thing around my town hahaha, I WANT PARKOUR FRIENDS BAD! lol, my town sucks for parkour.

no matter what media or what influence... parkour will always be about me vs the enviroment.. not recklessness and competition.  as long as their our ppl to look out for the ppl who try to advance too fast i think parkour will do fine

but no matter what, as long ppl still believe in the philosophy the media can never take that away from the true practitioners.

even if they are no parkour signs... i never really been the one to follow something i believed to be unjust...


for every other parkourist here. first: we all started, becaus its fun, its beautiful, and its a masterfull skill. for those of us who feel thretend because we were doing parkour befor we even knew it was parkour, its ok, train hard, and we may be an example to the name of this loved skill, dont let the name down, it never let us down.

Hey everybody, Im Zach, Im pritty new to parkour/free running, about a year in, this winter has been the hardest haha, and I am just hear becaus I love parkour that much, just letting you all know, I want you all to be able to communicate whithin this topic about where good places are, and to help people in there own towns find felow Traceurs/free runners, becaus I am sure you have also learned that its good to have somebody who understands the flow as well, well good luck, hit me up, peace.
