i found some a kid at my school that are going off of the videos on youtube... haha been hanging out and training with him for a few days... im REALLY sore hahaha it hurts to sit down and to stand up

yup, the desert. well your about a 2 hour drive from me... im in Lake havasu... technically arizona, but its so close to cali that i thought i would post here too.

yup... i just moved from Chandler to Lake Havasu. I'm also a beginner and I'm working currently on getting in better shape. I used to do swim and was in pretty good shape but i broke my foot last year and sat out the season. so now im not so fit and need to get better.
I'm really interested in Parkour, but its like 10 degrees hotter here than in Phoenix(crazy, i know) and I'm having trouble finding a place for potential practice. If there is anyone in the area with some experience with location and such, please let me know

in the mean time... I'll just keep looking
